The Apples new flagship at a first glance is actually a sleek, stylish and modern version of the first gen iPhone 2g. As said by Apple "Better in every way"... is it really up to the mark to stick to Apples claim... lets see this in detail...
Technical Specifications :
Measuring at Technical Specifications 138.1 x 67 x 6.9 mm (5.44 x 2.64 x 0.27 in) it weighs only 129g (4.55oz). The screen is 4.7inch (0.7 inch larger than the 5) and is as usual a retina display with a resolution of 750 x 1334 pixels and 326 ppi pixel density. The screen is protected by shatter proof oleophatic glass. Under the hood we have a Dual-core 1.4 GHz Cyclone (ARM v8-based) processor and PowerVR GX6450 (quad-core graphics) and a Gb of ram that is sufficient enough to fulfill the needs. The main camera is again 8 MP that is capable of shooting 1080p at 60fps and 720p at 240fps. The front facing camera is 1.2 MP capable of 720p video at 30fps. Coming to the internal storage this time apple has skipped the 32gb option leaving 13/64/128gb for the buyers to decide between. It carries a Non-removable Li-Po 1810 mAh battery. ir runs on iOS 8 out of the box upgradable to iOS 8.1.2.
Goodies:
Great sleek design (gives a premium feel), comfortable to use especially for one handed usage. handy and portable. Slides easily in short pocketed jeans as well. Great camera
Flaws:
The screen resolution is the same as the previous generation. Battery time is better as compared to last models but not compared to its rivals. The plastic strips on the back look cheap somehow and do not blend in with the phones design properly.
General opinion :
A very good phone overall for day to day use and will not led down the apple fans and will definitely give a tough time to its rivals.
