Samsung Galaxy Note edge review : Is the curved display really useful ???

The note edge is somewhat another version of the note 4 with a new technology i.e. a curved display on top. Is it really a feature that will prove its worth.. lets see :D

Technical specifications:

Starting with the technical specs of the phone, measuring at 151.3 x 82.4 x 8.3 mm (5.96 x 3.24 x 0.33 in) we have a one side curved 1600 x 2560 pixels, 5.6 inches and ~524 ppi pixel density screen beneath the corning gorilla glass 3. Beneath what we have is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 Quad-core 2.7 GHz Krait 450 cpu supported by a 3gb of ram. The primary camera is 16 MP, 3456 x 4608 pixels capable of 2160p@30fps, 1080p@60fps, 720p@120fps, video recording. the secondary one is a 3.7 MP carrying 1440p@30fps video recording capabilities. It comes in 32 and 64gb storages with android os  4.4.4 out of the box.

Goodies :

A very nice phone with great specs and a brilliant screen, a great battery life and a curves display on top that is a new and different innovation.

Flaws :

somewhat a similar phone as the note 4. the curved display is not much useful as it can only operate on Samsung defined apps restricting the usefulness of the curve. Moreover the curve is also not suitable for left handed users. The handset is also a bit pricey compared to the note 4.

General opinion:

The note edge is a new technology in the international market but the feature is I  its initial stages and needs a lot of improvements. this might not be so useful today but will proce its worth somewhere in the later years.
